The Unliberaled Woman commissioned a baby sweater for her niece. I used the Bernat Baby Jacquards yarn and think it ended up pretty cute. And, to toot my own horn, look at how well the patterns on the two fronts match up!

And then she paid me an outrageous sum of money for the little sweater, which was super nice. I want her to hire me to knit for her whole family; she pays way better than my current job.

Check out her blog, whydonjcha. She's feisty.

Beautiful work as always!!! You should WAY knit your own empire. Just don't call yourself a knitting executive or someone will want to cap your income. :)

That's awesome!!! And those patterns truly do match beautifully - GREAT JOB!!! :-)

And thanks for the blog recommendation - she's got a ton of really good info & analysis! :-)

And, kannie, she's got attitude! Style matters! I've been reading her blog almost since the beginning. "Feisty" perfectly sums her up.

Guard Wife,

As long as Sarah calls herself a knitting proletarian and moans about Big Yarn, she'll manage to pass as a cOmrade in the new sOciety.

Court knitter for the Unliberaled Dynasty? Go for it ... and there's always Etsy if you want to found your own empire.

So gorgeous!

I definitely liked the link too. I 'get' her :)

And seriously, found your own empire! Maybe if we come at you from various interweb avenues you will give in! :D

Oh, Sarah! Thanks for the shout out! Addison's sweater is famous - Hollah! You all are hilarious - yes, "fiesty" would definitely describe me, just ask my husband (god bless him). LOL.

And you totally deserved it, Sarah. I'm a fiscal conservative with a heart for incentive-based work. You work your heart out and succeed, then you deserved to get P.A.I.D. Plus now your husband can go around the house singing "Hey, Big Spender!"
